On the morning of January 6th, I joined my colleagues of the House to certify the historic election of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Due to illness, I was unable to vote during the vote series today. Had I been able to vote, I would have voted: NAY on Roll Call No. 7, H.R. 23--Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act.

So, a case like Mr. Allen's could be multiplied into thousands if there are no rules and no regulation.

We've got to do something. This is just one more death too many. And if we've got to bring outside, independent folks to come in and look at it, we should do that.
