If ICE was pursuing a man who died years ago, it raises serious questions about how these operations are being carried out and whether agents are even verifying who they’re looking for before putting people’s lives at risk.

Due to illness, I was unable to vote during the vote series today. Had I been able to vote, I would have voted: NAY on Roll Call No. 7, H.R. 23--Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act.

We've got to do something. This is just one more death too many. And if we've got to bring outside, independent folks to come in and look at it, we should do that.
