Madam Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 22, line 16, redesignate paragraph (7) as paragraph (8). Page 22, after line 15, insert the following: (7) Plan updates.--Each covered employer shall incorporate changes to the Plan, in a manner consistent with paragraph (1)(A)(i) and based on findings from the most recent annual evaluation conducted under paragraph (6), as appropriate. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 713, the gentlewoman from Texas (Ms. Garcia) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Texas.
