The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. The amounts otherwise provided by this Act are revised by reducing the amount made available for ``Corps of Engineers-Civil--Expenses'', and by increasing the amount made available for ``Corps of Engineers-Civil-- Construction'', by $1,000,000.
