It is ridiculous. I don't say that as a Democrat or as a Member of Congress. I say that as a former judge responsible for upholding our Constitution and the rule of law.

These funds represent the fruits of the hard work and dedication of my constituents, who often are either unbanked or underbanked.

So, a case like Mr. Allen's could be multiplied into thousands if there are no rules and no regulation.

Let's keep moving forward. Let's not go back to the dark times.
