I was detained in my congressional district, therefore I could not be present for the vote today on Monday, April 4, 2011. If I were present I would have voted ``yea'' for the following bill: H.R. 1246--To reduce the amounts otherwise authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Defense for printing and reproduction.
