In the State of Texas it is crucial, a State that has the highest number of uninsured and a rising number of impoverished who do not have access to health care, this kind of disaster would be more than a hurricane. And so I rise today to support this legislation to acknowledge the fact that doctors and Medicare go together and they equal good health for our constituents. Seniors have to go to doctors and expect good health care. Doctors are in fact those who take the oath to ensure that they care for the sick and the feeble.…”
