I say that when I go on the floor and ask for my colleagues to support it. Thank goodness we understand it. We get it. I am looking for my Republican friends to join us. ``Adding that it should include restitution, rehabilitation, acknowledgment of injustices, apologies, memorialization, education reforms, and `guarantees' that such injustices won't happen again.''
