I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following new section: SEC. 7. REPORT. Not later than 10 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Energy and the Secretary of Commerce shall jointly transmit to Congress a report that reviews the impact of lifting the oil export ban under this Act as it relates to promoting United States energy and national security. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 466, the gentlewoman from Texas (Ms. Jackson Lee) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
