Well, reclaiming my time, whatever the reason was, we both agree we needed to have more time for the rules debate. And I will now move to the patent bill. And as I said, I will not discuss the pros and cons of this legislation, but I will say to you-- and I see the gentleman rising over here maybe trying to correct something that was said. There's no reason to correct anything other than the fact that we had a number of amendments that we offered and we would hope that we would have had an open rule. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
