I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 16, line 6, strike ``low-performing schools'' and insert ``neglected, delinquent, migrant students, English learners, at-risk students, and Native Americans, to increase academic achievement of such students''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 303, the gentlewoman from Texas (Ms. Jackson Lee) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Texas.
