In the testimony given to us by law enforcement officers, one of the local law enforcement officers--in fact, local sheriff--indicated the importance of providing local law enforcement officers the training needed to ensure that these victims who are traumatized will be willing to testify against a perpetrator, and the perpetrators are vile, they are vile.…”
