We can't say it in any other way. So I just want some of our friends to know that even though there is a bemoaning about getting the agriculture bill passed--and I am out of Texas and have always voted for the agriculture bill because my district is surrounded by ranchers and others who need the farm bill. We have never separated on the farm bill in the State of Texas. We have had a lot of support. But when you cut $40 billion out of food stamps and you begin to talk about the deadbeats, that gets to be a problem.…”
