I thank the gentlelady. I'm asking my colleagues to support this amendment, which restores a 3-month review. There are people in America that don't even know what their interest rates are on their credit card. The Consumer Protection Bureau will help that. We need oversight that is refined and defined to be able to protect the consumer. With that, I yield the balance of my time to the gentleman from Massachusetts (Mr. Frank), the ranking member.
