None of the funds made available by this Act for ``Department of Energy--Energy Programs--Science'' may be used in contravention of the Department of Energy Organization Act (42 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 743, the gentlewoman from Texas and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Texas.
