Let me thank the gentleman, and I will continue to work on this with the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. I want this bill to be passed in the Senate. I want this bill to become law because there are millions of Americans waiting for this bill, H.R. 2, to save them and help them, particularly those in Houston regarding I-45. Mr. DeFAZIO.
