The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division D (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act for ``Department of Energy--Energy Programs--Science'' may be used in contravention of the Department of Energy Organization Act (42 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 473, the gentlewoman from Texas (Ms. Jackson Lee) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Texas.
