I am grateful that the Jackson Lee-Wilson-Lee amendment that deals with Boko Haram is in this national defense bill because we have to stop the tragedy that is going on, but more importantly, the devastation of Boko Haram. Finally, I would have wanted the amendment that deals with the contracting out of our intelligence services. I believe it is too extensive.…”
