“What I will say is that nothing in this resolution speaks to any named person. It says that this body, this Congress, must adhere to its duty to be able to ensure that the President of the United States does not unilaterally take us into war with Iran. We will not stand for it. It does, as well, say that my resolution in 2002 indicated that we should not have gone to war in Iraq.
