I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: Page 62, after line 2, insert the following new section: Sec. 609. None of the funds made available by this Act for ``Department of Energy--Energy Programs--Science'' may be used in contravention of the Department of Energy Organization Act (42 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of today, the gentlewoman from Texas (Ms. Jackson Lee) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Texas.
