Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: Page 62, after line 2, insert the following new section: Sec. 609. None of the funds made available by this Act for ``Department of Energy--Energy Programs--Science'' may be used in contravention of the Department of Energy Organization Act (42 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.).
