Let me conclude by first thanking the gentleman from Colorado. I think, Mr. Chairman, it evidences that the appreciation for small businesses reaches from States like Texas to New York to California to Missouri to Colorado and Florida and many other places. I would ask my colleagues to support this important amendment investing in our small businesses, women-owned and minority businesses of America.
