Chief Troy Finner said that HPD commanders and officers joined thousands tonight with a candlelight vigil in Washington, D.C., to honor the memory of HPD Sergeant Sean Rios, one of 556 recent fallen officers, to recognize from the sheriff's department, Major Susan Cotter, honoring those who paid the ultimate sacrifice, and to honor their families, including Sergeant Gutierrez, Deputies Almendarez and Howard.
