I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division C (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. The amounts otherwise provided by this Act are revised by reducing the amount made available for ``Department of Veterans Affairs--Departmental Administration--Information Technology Systems'' (and the amount specified under such heading for operations and maintenance), and by increasing the amount made available in fiscal year 2019 for ``Veterans Health Administration-- Medical Services'', by $2,500,000 and $2,000,000, respectively. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 923, the gentlewoman from Texas (Ms. Jackson Lee) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Texas.
