Let me just say as I yield to the gentleman, the ranking member and chairman at the time of passage of this bill, I was given a litany of ills that can attack consumers. I'm glad we have this board, and I'm glad that we are looking to restore the two-thirds oversight to protect these individuals and the nurse and the child. I ask support for the amendment. I yield the balance of my time to the gentleman from Massachusetts.
