Thank you. Let us not hold up the unemployment; let us not hold up the payroll tax, because those individuals said they didn't want it in the first place. Mr. President, if you have Executive order powers, let's just pass it; let's just rule on it; let us come back and deal with it for a year, because they know they're not serious, and I'm not going to see the holiday season go up in smoke for the American people. That is a disgrace.
