If I might just inquire, a question of the Chair on H.J. Res. 91: Would you accept a unanimous consent request to ask that every Member of the House be considered an original sponsor or cosponsor of this legislation, H.J. Res. 91? The SPEAKER pro tempore. The gentlewoman's request cannot be entertained. There is a proper procedure for adding cosponsors.
