The amounts otherwise provided by this Act are revised by reducing the amount made available for ``Atomic Energy Defense Activities--National Nuclear Security Administration--Weapons Activities'', and increasing the amount made available for ``Corps of Engineers-Civil-- Department of the Army--Operation and Maintenance'', by $52,000,000.
