My amendment would ask them to report on those areas that have not gotten funding, like the parking areas where there are a lot of employees, but then to be able to prioritize those areas. We are going to continue working, however, on some very vital issues that I believe are important. And those are, in particular, large highways that destroy minority and African American neighborhoods.…”
