We must move these important, crucial legislative initiatives that are more than laws; they are the very heart of this Nation. The Senate must move. It must move now. More people are coming. They will be arrested, and they are insisting that we move. I am ready--I know we are, this House under Democratic leadership--to pass both bills. We seek this legislation now. We cannot wait.
