Committee Democrats have once again titled this hearing in a way to deceive the general public.

I have always believed that it is ill-advised, if not self-defeating, to broadcast to ruthless dictators what the United States is willing or unwilling to do.

Why would we commit to further reducing our emissions at such great cost to our economy and the prosperity of the American people when other countries like Russia, India, and China continue to pollute the Earth at unprecedented levels?
