As we have heard today, there is bipartisan agreement that Department of Labor oversight of the Black Lung Disability Trust Fund has fallen short for decades during both Democrat and Republican administrations.

It is disappointing that my Democrat colleagues have decided to schedule this hearing only hours after the GAO publicly released its report.

Any suggestion that anyone up here or any political party has a monopoly on caring for children is just ludicrous and insulting.

They will use children--to cross that river and the children are sitting on the drugs on the rafts.
