In 2023, FSOC listed climate change as a vulnerability to our financial system.

The crisis at our southern border has spiraled out of control, and the Biden Administration has done little to nothing to secure the border and keep Americans safe.

Over the last year, our nation's Federal banking agencies have been bombarding our financial system with excessive regulations and dangerous proposals like Basel III Endgame.

I think it is necessary to see how far these impacts reach, and I request that you use your power as the Chair of the Financial Stability Oversight Council to investigate this emerging risk.

This bill will codify this office and provide Congress with better oversight and performance metrics that could be tracked.

I urge my colleagues to join me in supporting H.R. 7105.

I represent Utah. Utah is the home to a lot of women who are entrepreneurs, and I want to make sure that they can compete and succeed.

I urge all my colleagues support H.R. 7103 so that we can finally hold the government accountable for failing to meet its commitment to small businesses.

The motion is agreed to and H.R. 7129 is adopted and will be reported favorably to the House.

I think this is about as perfect as going to get right here for the people of this great country that we are doing things to help Main Street America.

I strongly urge Members to vote yes on this important legislation.

This hearing will shine a light on the amazing work that these individuals are doing in their communities and the challenges disabled individuals face when applying for traditional jobs or considering self-employment.

We are all capitalists. We are entrepreneurs. You mentioned risk, but you got reward, and that is what built this country.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Chairman Williams for expressing concerns about Basel III in a letter to the Federal Reserve.

Because the more profits that a company makes the more tax revenues actually come in.

It seems like it is all bad, Mr. Chairman, for the district, for the small businesses in my district.

Small businesses would benefit from an agency that is as nimble and can work at the speed that we work today.
