Capital is the seed. We have got to be able to free up capital.

We need to instead of penalizing them, we need to be able to promote them.

Veterans are America's greatest asset. We must always remember that.

I believe incentivizing rather than penalizing.

We want to work with you on that.

That is the way to help franchisees get their seed capital.

Small business is what we are all talking about, is half the payroll, half the workforce in America.

That is so important because that converts to unemployment and employment and so forth.

Our veterans deserve the very best, and the current unemployment rate among veterans should never be the norm.
