Our nation's small businesses continue to face persistently high inflation, interest rates that are being raised at the fastest pace since the 1980s.

Military servicemembers are natural leaders who play a vital role in our economy.

Our servicemembers run towards danger, defend our God-given freedoms in faraway lands, and protect us from those who seek to do us harm.

Unfortunately, due to political pressures and lack of action by the Biden Administration, this is a model that is ready to launch but has not been approved as a standard product offering.

Inserting yourself into the free market by enacting rent controls would have the opposite effect.

The law is very clear. FHFA does not have the authority to enact these types of rent controls.
