I think certainly several examples such as--Dimock, Pennsylvania; Parker County, Texas; and Pavillion, Wyoming that the Chairperson alluded to where it appears that the agency is more interested in rushing judgment and placing information in the hands of the media than they are looking for sound scientific approach.
Hall points out specific cases where he believes the EPA acted hastily.

We need to be aware of it and abreast of it and never forget it and looking at it every day, but we need to be reasonable about what we have to spend with no help from people that ought to be assisting us.
Some of those concerns have been raised by the Attorney General of Texas. He has filed some 30 suits, I think, against this Administration, who seems like can't tell the truth, can't even call a terrorist a terrorist.
