I would like to add the other 44 States that would probably like to send their low-level waste to wherever they want to send it. When the gentleman says there is no way to keep them from it, I know that he is aware of the application, he is aware that the application limits it to 1.8 million cubic feet, and that only 20 percent of that can come from the other two States. It does not allocate any to come from all the States the gentleman has named, nor the other 44.”
