this is not just an economic boon for America; it is a diplomacy boon, a freedom boon for America.

We need to protect our endangered species, but we need to do it in a smart way.

I ask this Subcommittee to fully fund the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund and put the highest priority on projects which have the biggest impact on our U.S. economy.

This is very safe technology as well and also new nuclear means lots of good high-paying jobs.
