Yes, the Democrats did go first. I mean I just said they cut half a trillion from Medicare spending for which they were viciously attacked by the same Republicans who now want to do away with Medicare all together.

I just find it, frankly, depressing, that I'm living in a time, when the Republican Party, in a rout, prefers Donald Trump, to Liz Cheney, or even Mike Pence, for that matter.
What if they just sat there and let the Republicans steamroll through a law that discriminates against black and brown Texans, and didn't do every single thing they could do to try to stop that?
