What a different race it would be if Trump had chosen Nikki Haley, Chris Christie, Brian Kemp, Glenn Youngkin, even Mitt Romney, people who can get votes that Trump doesn't now have.

You're getting late. You're only 16 days before early voting in Virginia, Minnesota. Ballots are being printed, so Trump may be had passed his useful date when he can do it.
