The record is clear. President Bush was warned about bin Laden by President Clinton, by Sandy Berger the national security adviser, the Hart Rudman Commission, by the Gilmore Commission, Dick Clark, his own top terrorism expert and by numerous CIA briefings. And he did nothing.
