Now, Dr. Paul, to his credit, disavowed it, fired the guy.

He might have cost the Democrats this seat. He might have cost the Democrats the governorship in Rhode Island.

It's unimaginable to me. The notion that the leader of the party is being disloyal to his party is I think its own precedent.

He's not a serious or qualified person to be in the United States Senate. And I understand if President Obama doesn't want to support him.
