For the first time since Reagan, a Republican, won voters making less than 50 grand a year. Now, as a Democrat, I don't like that. But as an American, I admire it.

He has a mandate to cut the cost of groceries, gas and rent. He promised to cut the cost of energy in half.

But the kind of, just, dopey slurs coming from this dim-witted vice president — this charmless oaf — you can have him.

He didn't get elected because folks want to buy Greenland. He got elected because folks want to buy groceries. And he, by God, better cut the cost of groceries, gas and rent.
