My belief is that General McMaster sealed his fate on February 17th. He went to the Munich Security Conference, one of the most important global conferences on world security. In front of the whole world he called out Russia in way that many of us have been wanting, our leaders to do. And he said there was incontrovertible evidence, that's the word he used, incontrovertible that Russia attacked the United States through cyber means. And the President undermined him publicly.
