I think the Iranian regime is very, very dangerous.

This Congress on the Hill, 2 years ago got it right in regard to Ukraine. It was very clear that the Russians were going to invade.

It is going to save the taxpayers about $8 billion. And more importantly, it is going to save lives.

I do not care about viral clicks. What I care about is some answers because soldiers are dying.

The EPA cannot circumvent Congress or the law, try as they may.

I would assume that there was going to be outrage then.

These rules do not benefit the hardworking Americans that I represent.

What is better for the environment? Clearly, to have 90 hybrids out there than the one electric vehicle.

There will be a day that comes when we have a Democrat House overseeing GOP Federal agencies.

So, I want to be clear about a few things.

The highest authority we have has made it very clear that the EPA has exceeded their statutory authority.

Nominee after nominee that President Biden puts forward has faced serious opposition or straight up rejection because this is extreme.

But this is the same party that had, I think, three hearings with this Committee about the Washington Redskins and Daniel Snyder.

I think the decision should always rest with the homeowner and not the Federal Government.

This is about taking away choice. And every time you take away choice, you take away liberty.

The reason for this behavior is that the Biden Administration knows it is politically exposed and compromised.

Consumers should decide what kind of stoves they want in their kitchen, not the government.

This is about, at the end of the day, choice.

And I prefer, if we are going to give someone a choice, do you trust the American individual or do you trust an unelected bureaucrat?

Concerningly, these agencies are moving forward with overreaching ideologically driven rules without the consent of the American people.

Twenty-nine Democrats joined all the Republicans.

Republican legislation protecting consumer choice has talked many Democrats out of supporting the Department of Energy's proposed rulemaking.

Make no mistake, there is a war on natural gas, and it is extending into our homes and into our kitchens.
