I thought essentially, this bill is about optics, not really pointing to any fraud or repetitive fraud, that would be a concern for wanting to pass a bill like this, but simply described it as something that was driven more by optics.
By refusing to play their role, they have enabled Russia to make a lot more money because the price of oil is higher on their remaining oil exports.
We are getting outmaneuvered by communist propaganda that trades on power and destroys countries.
We should deliver surplus vaccines directly to Latin America and put the American flag on every single vaccine dose.
We have other differences on human rights, but those should not get in the way of something that is as critical as dealing with climate.
Our bill acknowledges it is vital we renegotiate the Paris Agreement to create a level playing field.
I just do not see how we can truly make an impact if China isn't held to the same standards as the United States.
