I thank our chairman for his great work on this bill. I am happy to say that this bill supports the much-needed transition away from the policies of the previous administration in regard to energy and water and puts us on the right path…

They are very frustrated that they have been taken off their job of protecting our borders and have instead been put in the role of processing.

This affects less than 1 percent of our military... there are a whole lot of things we can do that would better help our military.

I think we need to focus on the people.
