the information coming from the Federal Government has been murky at best on this subject and so people don't know what to trust.

It would seem that people who are in our country illegally are under less scrutiny to use our air services than American citizens.

The hard part for us is that this is only because of budget limitations. No other reason. We just don't have the money.
