What is the legal--like for somebody who is presenting legal documents how is the TSA like, saying you can't go on this flight?

I am just curious as to why.

Your department was stood up when 19 foreign nationals misrepresented who they were and used our infrastructure and our resources to bring a catastrophic attack of course on September 11.

That is not sufficient for me to say that there was no impropriety.
