Well, I can say just generally speaking probably 75 percent of the people on the mission down there to secure our border are doing processing.

This affects less than 1 percent of our military... there are a whole lot of things we can do that would better help our military.

We are concerned about the culture.

I really appreciate all the work that law enforcement officers do. The last thing I want to do is cut law enforcement support. Trust me.
