This is great news for the American people. When we uncovered that the ATF was purchasing software to track Americans’ cell phone location data without a warrant, I knew that would not be the end of the conversation.

Congress has the responsibility to ensure those funds are used to celebrate and preserve American history, not distort it.

If FEMA is involved, we must think it is a disaster of some sort of some sort of emergency.
